Lunch and Learns for 2021!

Consider starting your New Year off with Day One Wellness.  Day One TOGETHER is offering two different Lunch & Learn workbook series to bring in the New Year right. Here we come 2021!
 

Mondays at noon starting Jan 18 – Fasting with Fervor – 6 Weeks

“Fasting with Fervor” by Kim Smith, author of Unbelievable Freedom, and Susannah Juteau, RD offer a 30-day guide to Intermittent Fasting. Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Coach, Gina Lang, will lead a discussion based on the workbook (pictured below). The lunch series will be on the ZOOM platform at NOON (ET) on Mondays for six weeks. (Jan 18, 25; Feb 1, 8, 15). The $69 fee (plus 4.14 tax) to participate includes the workbook plus the coaching fee for six sessions. Tuesdays at noon staring Jan 19-Handbook for Happiness – 6 Weeks

“The Mayo Clinic – Handbook for Happiness” by Dr Amit Sood offers a 4-step Plan for Resilient Living in his workbook. Dr. Sood is an expert in stress and resiliency and describes happiness as a habit – something we can work on . . . TOGETHER with Day One. Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Coach, Gina Lang, will lead a discussion based on the book (pictured below). The lunch series will be on the ZOOM platform at Noon (ET) on Tuesdays for six weeks (Jan 19, 26; Feb 2, 9, 16, 23).
